April - Perfect Month for learning to surf

If you ever wanted to learn to surf April is the month. In April we are coming into the calmer part of the year with the cyclonic season passed us we are starting to get more of the light offshore winds in the mornings, meaning winter in on its way. This time of year is personally my favourite with still swell around, light offshore winds and plenty of waves around for everyone.

 It’s a great time of the year to holiday as typically we have plenty of blue skies, warm sun, light offshore winds and small waves. With all these countless perfect days it’s a great time to come up for a holiday, day trips and simply hang down the beach with the kids. The water is still warm and the conditions are great for learning so get out the today and enjoy the ocean.
